What we keep
- Your account: your email address, and either a scrambled form of your password (we can't read the password itself) or, if you sign in with Google, the account number Google gives us for you.
- Stickers you save: the words you typed and the sticker's settings, so you can open them again.
- Usage counts: how many downloads you made today, to apply the free plan's daily limit. Separately, daily totals for the whole site (such as the number of downloads) that aren't linked to anyone.
- Words we couldn't understand: when the studio doesn't understand a sentence, we keep that sentence to improve our word list.
- Waitlist and feedback: your email if you join the waitlist, and whatever you write when you report a sticker.
Who else sees it
- Stripe handles payments. We never see or keep card numbers; we keep the Stripe customer reference that links your account to your plan.
- Our email provider delivers password resets and invites.
- Cloudflare carries every visit to the studio, and its Turnstile check on our forms (signup, waitlist, feedback, password reset) tells people from bots. It looks at your browser and connection, not at what you type.
- Google confirms who you are if you choose to sign in with Google. We receive only your email address and that account number, not your name, photo or contacts.
- Anthropic, only when the optional AI fallback is on: a sentence the studio couldn't understand may be sent to Anthropic's Claude model to pick from our sticker options.
We don't sell your data or use advertising trackers.

One cookie keeps you signed in. It lasts 30 days or until you sign out.
Your choices
You can delete saved stickers at any time in My stickers. To delete your account and everything linked to it, open your account and choose Delete my account; it takes effect at once. You can also write to us. Records of payments stay with Stripe, as the law requires.
